The Customer opting for the Guaranteed Future Buy Back Offer for Product – Apple iPhone 16 Series (“Offer”) from Lulu L.L.C (“Lulu”) shall be subject to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Offer Period:
The Customer may avail this Offer from 01 April 2025 to 31st May 2025.
2. Opting for Buy Back Offer:
• AED 125 per Subscription for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase (Exclusive of VAT)
• AED 150 per Subscription for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase (Exclusive of VAT)
• AED 175 per Subscription for a period of 36 months from the date of purchase (Exclusive of VAT)
3. Offer Price:
Lulu customers shall pay the Guaranteed Price stated below provided the customer returns the Product in Condition 1
or Condition 2. In the event, the product is not in Condition 1 or Condition 2, the Offer shall not be valid. Lulu’s decision
in this regard will be final.

4. Eligibility Period:
When the Customer is Eligible to Return the Product and Avail the Offer:
The Customer should return the Product within 1 month of the expiry of the subscription period selected by the
Customer. For e.g.
Lulu shall not be liable to accept the return of Product after expiry of the aforesaid 1-month period. Offer Price: The Customer shall be eligible to get the a Guaranteed Price ( as stated in condition 1 or 2) for the returned Product on the invoice value paid at the time of purchase, without considering VAT.
5. Eligibility
Upon return of the Product as per Point 4, Lulu will issue credit note for amount specified in Point 3, which can be
utilised by Customer to purchase Apple from Lulu. The offer shall be eligible only for the purchase of new Apple iPhone from Lulu Stores UAE.
6. Refund
No cash refund is allowed.
7. Return Before Eligibility Period
The option to avail prior to the Eligibility Period shall be subject to the sole discretion of Lulu.
8. Proof of Purchase
The Customer needs to present the original invoice of the Product at the return to avail the Offer.

9. Proof of Replacement (applicable in case the Product is replaced by brand during warranty service)
The Customer needs to bring proof of replacement of device if the Product originally bought from Lulu was replaced under warranty by Apple or Lulu Service centre. The Product returned should be of similar Specifications as was originally sold by Lulu.
10. Delete all Customer Data - Prior check before handling the Product
Prior handing over the Product to Lulu, Customer should ensure to delete all his Data and de-activate account, iCloud, Payment wallet services etc. and Lulu shall not be held responsible for any loss to customer in the event of failure by Customer to do so.
