2. Free Transportation

Transportation to and from the workshop is provided at no cost.

3. Claims for Burglary or Fire

A final police report is required to support claims resulting from burglary or fire.

4. Total Loss and Compensation

Total Loss The device will be deemed a total loss, if the cost of repair, including labour and spare components, equals or exceeds the purchase price.

Compensation: The customer will be compensated for the device's value after deducting the following depreciation rates:

  • First Year: 10%
  • Second Year: 20%
  • Third Year: 30%

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  1. Damage resulting from shipping or transit.
  2. Damages caused by intentional or unintentional breaking of the device.
  3. Devices repaired at unapproved service centres.
  4. Damages resulting from misuse, unnatural use, deliberate negligence, incorrect installation, or use of improper transformers.
  5. Devices with serial numbers that have been changed or removed, in whole or in part.
  6. Malfunctions caused by war, fires, revolutions, earthquakes, floods, lightning, and other natural disasters.

Electronic Warranty We Offer

Protection Plan

  • Begins upon the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Coverage Area

  • Limited to the United Arab Emirates.

Maximum Claim Liability

  • Includes replacement or repair of parts whenever necessary. The warranty does not cover time, damage to personal properties, loss of revenues, or other resulting damages.

Services at Approved Centres

  • Repairs are performed in any seller-approved service centers in UAE. If an approved service centre is unavailable, repairs will be performed by the warranty issuer.

Service Terms

  • Extended Warranty service shall be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of product acceptance and job registration by the authorized service center.
  • In the event that required spare parts are unavailable, the service period may be reasonably extended, provided that the total turnaround time shall not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the date of acceptance.
  • The service provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to procure parts and complete the repair within the stipulated timeframe; however, delays attributable to supplier constraints or logistics shall not constitute a breach within the permitted extension period.
  • Any case where repair is not completed within thirty (30) calendar days shall be deemed a total loss, and settlement shall be processed in accordance with the applicable Extended Warranty claims and depreciation policy.
  • The above timelines are subject to the customer’s compliance with all documentation, approvals, and access requirements necessary to perform the service.
